Shipping

Returns and Order Issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or with listed parts missing, contact info@dokidoki9.com within 2 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Do not return an item without approval. If the request is accepted and a return is required, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Made-to-order and custom products are not returnable for change of mind. Please review our Refund Policy for complete terms.
