Products

DokiDoki9 sells physical, unpainted and unassembled resin garage kits, collectible models, and related hobby products. Digital files are not included or sold unless explicitly stated on the applicable product page.

Because our products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes, minor support marks, surface variations, seam lines, or differences in color may occur. These characteristics do not normally constitute manufacturing defects.

Prices and Additional Charges

Product prices are displayed on each product page in the selected currency.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

Payment

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will not enter production or be prepared for shipment until payment has been confirmed.

Production and Shipping

Orders are normally produced and shipped within 3-7 days after payment confirmation.

If a product requires a different production or shipping period, the applicable period will be stated on that product’s page. Large, custom, made-to-order, or high-volume orders may require additional time.

Delivery time after shipment depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Cancellations

A cancellation may be requested before production or preparation for shipment begins. Once production or shipment preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact info@dokidoki9.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns are accepted only when:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The customer receives the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Parts included in the product listing are missing.

The customer must contact info@dokidoki9.com within two days of receiving the order. The request must include:

  • The order number.

  • A clear explanation of the problem.

  • Clear photographs or video showing the product, packaging, shipping label and reported issue.

Please retain the product and all original packaging while the request is reviewed.

Do not return a product without authorization. If the request is accepted, DokiDoki9 will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

For an accepted claim involving an incorrect, damaged or defective product, DokiDoki9 will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, replacement of the product, repair, store credit or a refund. DokiDoki9 will cover reasonable authorized return-shipping costs when the problem is attributable to DokiDoki9.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • A change of mind.

  • Made-to-order or custom products.

  • Products that have been assembled, painted, modified, repaired or used.

  • Damage occurring after delivery.

  • Minor characteristics inherent to 3D printing that do not affect assembly or ordinary use.

  • Requests submitted more than two days after confirmed delivery without a reasonable explanation.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, scales, materials, prices and photographs accurately. Display colors and the appearance of handmade or 3D-printed products may vary slightly.

Customers should read the complete product description before purchasing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, garage kits are supplied unpainted and unassembled and may require preparation, assembly and painting.

Intellectual Property

All original website text, branding and original photographs produced by DokiDoki9 are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Names, characters, trademarks and copyrighted properties belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or official affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used for order processing, customer support, shipping, fraud prevention and other purposes described in that policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Japanese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.

販売商品

DokiDoki9では、未塗装・未組立のレジン製ガレージキット、コレクター向け模型、および関連ホビー商品を販売しています。各商品ページに明記されている場合を除き、デジタルデータは付属せず、販売もしていません。

3Dプリントによる製造工程の特性上、軽微なサポート跡、表面のばらつき、積層跡、継ぎ目、色味の違いが生じる場合があります。通常、これらは製造上の不良には該当しません。

販売価格および追加費用

販売価格は各商品ページに、選択された通貨で表示されます。

送料はチェックアウト時に計算され、注文確定前に表示されます。輸入関税、通関手数料、VAT、GST、取扱手数料および配送先の国・地域で課されるその他の税金は、購入者の負担となります。

お支払い

チェックアウト画面に表示されるお支払い方法をご利用いただけます。お支払いの確認が完了するまで、商品の製作または発送準備は開始されません。

製作および発送時期

原則として、お支払い確認後3-7日以内に商品を製作し、発送します。

商品ごとに異なる製作・発送期間が設定されている場合は、該当する商品ページの記載が優先されます。大型商品、特注品、受注生産品または数量の多い注文については、通常より時間がかかる場合があります。

発送後の配達日数は、お届け先、配送業者、通関手続、天候、祝日その他当店の管理が及ばない事情によって異なります。追跡情報が利用できる場合は、お客様へお知らせします。

キャンセル

製作または発送準備を開始する前であれば、キャンセルをお申し込みいただけます。製作または発送準備の開始後は、キャンセルをお受けできない場合があります。

キャンセルをご希望の場合は、注文番号を記載のうえ、できるだけ早くinfo@dokidoki9.comまでご連絡ください。

返品・交換・返金

返品の対象となるのは、以下の場合に限ります。

  • 商品が破損した状態で届いた場合

  • 注文した商品と異なる商品が届いた場合

  • 商品に製造上の不具合がある場合

  • 商品ページに記載されている部品が不足している場合

商品受領後2日以内に、info@dokidoki9.comまでご連絡ください。申請には、以下の情報が必要です。

  • 注文番号

  • 問題の具体的な説明

  • 商品、梱包、配送ラベルおよび問題箇所を明確に確認できる写真または動画

確認が完了するまで、商品およびすべての梱包材を保管してください。

当店の承認を得ずに商品を返送しないでください。返品が承認された場合、返送方法および返送先住所を個別にご案内します。

誤配送、配送時の破損または製造上の不具合として承認された場合、交換部品の発送、商品の交換、修理、ストアクレジットまたは返金のうち、状況に適した対応を行います。当店の責任による問題については、事前に承認された合理的な返送料を当店が負担します。

以下の場合、返品または返金はお受けできません。

  • お客様都合による返品

  • 受注生産品または特注品

  • 組立、塗装、加工、修理または使用された商品

  • 商品受領後に生じた破損

  • 組立または通常の使用に影響しない、3Dプリント製品に固有の軽微な特徴

  • 正当な理由なく、配達完了後2日を過ぎてから行われた申請

返金が承認された場合、原則として購入時に使用されたお支払い方法へ返金します。返金処理に要する期間は、決済事業者によって異なります。

本ポリシーは、適用される消費者保護法によって排除することのできないお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。

商品情報

商品の説明、寸法、スケール、素材、価格および写真をできる限り正確に掲載するよう努めています。ただし、画面上の色味や、手作業・3Dプリントによって製造された商品の外観には、軽微な違いが生じる場合があります。

購入前に商品説明をすべてご確認ください。特に明記されていない限り、ガレージキットは未塗装・未組立の状態で提供され、下処理、組立および塗装が必要です。

知的財産権

DokiDoki9が作成したウェブサイト上の文章、ブランド表示およびオリジナル写真は、適用される知的財産法によって保護されています。

第三者が所有する名称、キャラクター、商標および著作物は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本ウェブサイトへの掲載は、明示されている場合を除き、権利者による協賛、承認または公式な関係を意味するものではありません。
